How to order
The following guide is to help you with placing an Order Request.
From any page:
- By pressing this button, all the ranges will drop down, this button then turns into ...
i.e. China, Cutlery, Glass, Tableware, Linen, Furniture, Kitchen, Celebration, Miscellaneous or Disposables
When you have chosen a range:
i.e. Chairs, Tables or Miscellaneous if you selected the Furniture category.
– Enter the quantities you require
– Click Add To Order Request
Repeat for each Range and Style required.
Once you have finished choosing your list of requirements
– Click Place Order Request
You will be taken to the login page
If you have not registered with us before.
(i) – Click Create an Account
You will be asked to fill in your details. please be as thorough as possible as this will be the address that your order will be invoiced to.
When you have completed the form.
(ii) – Click Continue with Order Request - Jump to stage 8.
If are already registered, fill in your email address and password you added when you first created an account with us.
– Click Sign In
NOTE: If you do not remember your password click the Password forgotten? link and enter your email address in the box provided, and we will immediately send you your password.
When you are successfully logged in you will be directed to the ‘Add Optional Services’ page.
– Check the options, if you require Delivery and Collection and/or a cleaning service to be added to your Order Request.
– Click Continue with Order Request
If you have not checked the Delivery & Collection Required? option, Jump to stage 12
You are now presented with a map.
(i) – Click in the area of your delivery, and the charges will be added to your order.
NOTE: If your delivery is outside the map areas then click the outside highlighted area and the charge will be added when we confirm your Order Request.
– Fill in your delivery details.
If you have previously sent us an Order Request then a list of previously used delivery addresses will be displayed.
– Click Continue with Order Request
You will be taken to the ‘Additional Information’ page.
– The ‘Special Requests’ box is to make any notes about the delivery, i.e. timings you would prefer or instructions you feel we may require – please see clause 7 of our Terms and Conditions.
– Click Continue with Order Request
You will be taken to the ‘Order Request Summary’ page.
– Review your Order Request and amend if necessary.
– Check the Hire Items you have placed in your Order Request, you can change any of the quantities here and Click Update Order Request to set these changes.
NOTE: To delete an item from the hire items list, enter 0 and update.
– Click Place Order Request to send your requirements to us for a Confirmed Booking.
Please do not click Place Order Request if you are only requiring a QUOTE for your event
but rather
– Click Printer Quotation to print a Quotation for your records.
NOTE: Quotations made on this website are for your information only, none of the items will be booked until you send us an Order Request.
Thats It!
You will receive an emailed acknowledgement of your Order Request. This will be followed by an emailed BOOKING CONFIRMATION, subject to stock availability, usually within 24 hours.
