How do I place an order?

Orders are placed via our web site. From our home page click on Products and add what you need to your basket. You can view our products and there are a lot a pictures to help your choices. Remember to save before leaving each page.

Can I amend an order once I have submitted it?

Yes once the order has been sent to our front office you can go on line at any point and amend your order, up until 72 hours before delivery. After that point you will have to contact the front office. Only additions can be made after this stage, as payment will already have been paid. You will receive an email to inform you that the order has been approved and subsequent payment links. If you want to add last minute emergencies to your order at a later stage this is not an issue at all but will go on to a separate add on order and have a different invoice number.

Is a deposit payable to secure an order?

No there is no need to pay on orders booked in advance. Full payment is due 72 hours before delivery dates.  Orders placed with in 72 hours of delivery will require full payment.

Yes all items can be returned dirty and used. It is the beauty of hiring of us....no washing up! Although all items should be scraped clean and not returned with items of food still on oven trays or plates. Deep fat fryers need to be empty of oil, or a surcharge will be applied for disposal of oil. Bins are to be returned empty.

Can I come and collect orders?

Yes if you do not need delivery you can collect, but look at TC as vehicles must be suitable.

No we do not set a time that you will receive your order. Our usual deliveries can be between 7am and 7pm. My order arrives and I realise I forgot to order something?

We ask you check your order confirmation before delivery to check all items have been added. Of  cause there are always times we realise we forgot to add something, this is why we ask for you to check your orders soon after delivery to check that you are happy. The sooner we know and are informed that something is wrong the more likely we will be able to  help you.

How late can I place an order?

We can supply you the same day, but you risk not having and delivery slots available and also unavailability of certain stock items at busy times, so the more notice the better when ordering. (although we are always here for those last minute panic moments!)

Can I get a refund for unused items?

Once the item leaves our premises we are unable to rent it to another customer, so we are unable to offer a refund for unused items.

What is 'damage deposit'?

We realize accidents happen, so we take an upfront deposit when full payment is taken, in most cases, this will cover any losses and damages that occur. When the job is back in our warehouse and counted we take the cost of any losses and damages out of the deposit, send you a statement, and repay any deposit that is left. Obviously, if all stock is returned in the same condition all the deposit is returned to you. If delivery or collection is more complicated than you have described to us..ie we need to get towed out as insufficient tracking is in place or we have to repack our china and glass in to correct boxes as they have been incorrectly packaged for collection and hourly rate for delays will be deducted from the deposit. The same as deliveries, collections can be between 7 am and 7 pm, on the day of collection our stock should be boxed in a sensible manner for transporting and stacked ready for collection as close to the vehicle loading point as is safe. If our stock is still scattered around or the time has to be taken to collect items from the furthest points additional charges will be made. Additional time is charged at £60 per hour. If a collection is not ready to be made a recollection will be arranged and charged for.
